1. I need more details about a product. Can I talk to someone?
Definitely yes! You can call/message/whatsapp us on our contact number or email us and we’ll be glad to assist you.
 
2. Can I pre-order a product that is out of stock?
Do drop us an email with the product code and color option and we will let you know as soon as it’s available again.

3. What is 92.5 Sterling Silver? Is it pure silver?
Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals, usually copper.
Fine silver, e.g. 99.9% pure silver is too soft for producing functional objects; therefore the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength.
  
4. Will the polish/plating of this jewellery wear off eventually? Will it turn dark after a while?
We do not guarantee that the golden/silver polish of the artificial (metal alloys based) jewelleries will last forever. However with proper care, handling and storage you can make the polish last longer. Please read our Jewellery Care tips in the Disclaimer section.
   
5. How do I clean Silver jewellery?
Here’s a simple, safe and effective home remedy for cleaning your precious silver jewellery. Line the bottom of a bowl with aluminium foil. Place half a teaspoon of baking soda and equal amount of salt in the bowl. Add hot water to the bowl. Stir. Place your silver jewellery in the water. Make sure it is submerged completely and is in contact with the aluminium foil. Wait for 10 mins. You will see flakes of black tarnish coming off the silver jewellery. Wash it with plain water and wipe it dry. And it’s good as new! 
 
6. How can I check if you deliver to my pin code?
As long as your area has a pin code; we can definitely deliver to you. 

7. Do you offer COD?
Yes we do. 

8. When will I receive my product?
We dispatch within 4 working days of receiving your order and it gets delivered within 3 working days after dispatch. So you should receive your product between 4 – 7 business days.  

9. How do I track my order?
As soon as your product is shipped, we email you the tracking number, logistics provider details and the link to track your order.

10. Do you ship out of India?
We would love to! Drop us a message or email mentioning the product code and your country and we will get back to you with the best possible shipping rates.
 
11. How do I cancel/modify my order?
We are sorry about this; Order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

12. The product I ordered is damaged. What do I do now?
Do not worry. Although we pack each product very carefully, it is possible that it gets damaged in transit. Tell the delivery guy, get in touch with us; and we will do our best to repair/replace the item or refund your money. Please read our Returns and Refund policy for the detailed process.
